To enable quality control, the company has strengthened quality management to be in accordance with the quality management system (ISO 9001:2008), and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal and external organizational performance.
The Company increased its registered capital
The Company increased its registered capital to THB 352.50 million in order to provide additional working capital for business operations, by issuing 217.50 million new ordinary shares with a par value of 1 baht each. 100 million of the newly issued shares were offered in a private placement at a price of 0.50 baht each and the balance were reserved for the exercise of 117.50 million warrants (TIES-W1), which were also offered to the existing shareholders at the same time.
